June/July Update

It’s been a busy summer so far with lots going on from a technical point of view. Happy to announce some of our newest features released (shown below) and our most notable items like the launch version 2 for both our 1 to 1 appointment scheduling and printer server application for badge printing. Also, keep an eye open for our new corporate website and updated mobile lead app coming soon.

Badge Printing:

  • Updated MyConexsys to accommodate Printer Server App V2 changes
  • Updated Print Server app with new V2 changes

Batch Updating:

  • Added question answer updating as well as removal of product and question answers to batch update function

Company import:

  • Added max number of appointment invitations to import

Cross Event Search :

  • Added Badge Number to cross event search string and results
  • Added Discount code to cross event search string and results

Detailed Export:

  • Added credit hours into detailed export for each session
  • Added first printed date to detailed export and export options

External Connections:

  • Added custom Cvent import of sessions only to existing registrations
  • Added exhibitor reps import tied to parent company with Map Your Show integration
  • Added guest import to Cvent integration

Payments:

  • Added new payment type “Pre-paid” Registration

Reports:

  • Added new report – Attendance by Hour
  • Added new report – Invitation Conversion Rates

Website:

  • Added ability for registrant to clear a file uploaded via upload button
  • Added enhanced product inventory check feature on each page for limited capacity products
