As another Summer comes to an end and Autumn is upon us we have a number exciting new features and enhancements to report.
Some of the more notable updates include reporting, enhancements to print-at-home badges as well as the addition of automated session rollover by room and time for kiosk style session scanning. Please see the more detailed list below.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Added search restrictions that require a minimum 3 characters to search attendee list
Cross event report:
- Updated calculation to use event start date instead of end date, and place remaining in week 0
Database:
- Added FirstCancellationDate and LastCancellationDate to Database. Added code to populate them.
- Increased Character Limit for Event Name to 200 characters
Detailed Export:
- Added Cancellation Dates to Reg List Export
External Connections:
- Added guest import to Cvent integration
- Updated Map Your Show integration to include Speaker import to registration
- Updated Woocommerce integration to map Primary Specialty data in pull
Notifications:
- Added warning notification for product sales close to reaching capacity and ones that have reached capacity
Print-at-home badges:
- Added ability to pre-generate print-at-home badges in batch
- Optimized Print-at-home badge production
Reporting:
- Updated attendance by hour report with change to graph from consolidated by hour to multi axis by hour
- Added Attendance by location group report
- Added Seating Detail Report and Export of seat purchased and seat occupant detail
- Added report with selectable products to show product capacity in real-time
Session Scanning:
- Added ability to automatically rollover sessions based on time held in same location when using kiosk style scanning
Website Payments:
- Added anti-fraud protection where if a registrant is declined too many times within a 48 hour period they cannot continue and are asked to contact support
