Happy to announce that we have now completed version 2 of our appointment scheduling solution along with a number of other platform enhancements.

Appointment Scheduling:

• Updated event app functions to include all new v2 features.
• Added invitation email functionality with unique url for exhibitors to invite attendees to meet.
• Added the ability for reps to be available for multiple meetings in the same time slot .

External Connections:

• Added new Microsoft Dynamics integration directly with invitation list.
• Various YourMembership integration enhancements.

File Upload Questions:

• Added Powerpoint, Word and Excel files to allowable file types for upload.

Notifications/Automated Jobs:

• Added email feature that will send to attendees participating in appointment scheduling that have pending meeting invites.
• Added ability to batch update records – add only functions currently

Website Designer:

• Added new sidebar element to enhance website design functionality
• Added ability to populate new registrant record from parent record data even if search didn’t find person among invitees.
• Added city and prov/state to the duplicate lookup grid
