Happy to announce that we have now completed version 2 of our appointment scheduling solution along with a number of other platform enhancements.
Appointment Scheduling:
Updated event app functions to include all new v2 features.
Added invitation email functionality with unique url for exhibitors to invite attendees to meet.
Added the ability for reps to be available for multiple meetings in the same time slot .
External Connections:
Added new Microsoft Dynamics integration directly with invitation list.
Various YourMembership integration enhancements.
File Upload Questions:
Added Powerpoint, Word and Excel files to allowable file types for upload.
Notifications/Automated Jobs:
Added email feature that will send to attendees participating in appointment scheduling that have pending meeting invites.
Added ability to batch update records - add only functions currently
Website Designer:
Added new sidebar element to enhance website design functionality
Added ability to populate new registrant record from parent record data even if search didn't find person among invitees.
Added city and prov/state to the duplicate lookup grid
