Mobile App Scanning
Available for iPhone and Android. Ability to use your own mobile device, or rent one of ours. Multiple device options that sync leads to your exhibitor portal. Real-time attendee information with the ability to scan or type badge IDs, take notes, and update custom qualifiers. Off-line capturing is possible in areas of poor connectivity, lists can be exported in multiple formats.
*Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining an internet connection for their device through WiFi or their cellular provider.
Event Organizer Benefits
By allowing CONEXSYS to manage lead retrieval services for your exhibitors, you are free to focus on the many other facets of your event.
Exhibitors can reserve a lead retrieval barcode scanner or purchase mobile app scanner licenses directly from CONEXSYS before the event either online or via a faxed in PDF order form provided in your exhibitor manual. Your exhibitor’s payment is processed by CONEXSYS and an automatic email confirmation/receipt is sent directly to the contact.
Barcode Scanners: Exhibitors pick up their barcode scanners at the Lead Retrieval Services desk located in the Registration Area.
Mobile App Scanners: Main exhibitor contact will receive e-mail link to their portal and scanner licenses. They can log in before the show, set up their qualifiers, and download on devices depending on the number of licenses purchased.
On-site orders can be accommodated at the Lead Retrieval Services desk.
At the end of an event, exhibitors will easily be able to follow-up on the customized and categorized leads CONEXSYS has enabled them to capture during the event.
